Innate Practice
This is an ongoing project about a local farm manager, Lisa Guy, from Cornwall, shown through observatory, intimate poetic short film, where she shares her insight of her journey in regenerative farming from the past 30 years. Through trial and error, she shares the importance of animal and land management that has brought rewards of a deeper connection to her animals and the land. She shares the history behind how the soil has become depleted and how she’s turned her land around using regenerative farming methods. And it’s repercussions of her farm being apart of a bigger ecosystem through a rewilding Project, Cliff to Carn. She comes to exist within a deeper understanding of time-amongst ancient stone walls, where she farms in collaboration with nature.
